Do I have to pay my bill in full or can I make payments?

We would prefer to have your account paid in full. However, monthly payments are accepted interest-free. Please call our billing office at 252.754.5225 to arrange a payment schedule.

What payment methods does ERI accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.

Do you file insurance?

As a courtesy to our patients, Eastern Radiologists files insurance on your behalf. Just remember, it is ultimately up to you to maintain contact with your insurance carrier to ensure the prompt and correct processing of your claims.

Do I need an authorization for my test?

Some insurance plans require pre-authorization for radiologic tests and procedures. Your referring physician should contact your insurance company, provide them with the necessary information and contact our office with the authorization information.

Are your physicians board certified?

All of our physicians are Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners.

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak evolves, our first priority is the health and safety of our patients and staff. If you are scheduled for a procedure at an ERI facility and are having symptoms of a respiratory illness including cough and fever, and have risk factors associated with COVID-19 which include recent travel to or close contact with someone who has traveled to areas affected by the virus, please contact your provider or health department before coming for your appointment.
