Do I have to pay my bill in full or can I make payments?
We would like to have your account paid-in-full. However, monthly payments are accepted, interest free. Please call our billing office at 252.754.5225 to arrange a payment schedule.

What payment options/methods does ERI accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.

Do you file insurance?
As a courtesy, Eastern Radiologists files insurance on behalf of our patients. Just remember, it is ultimately up to you to maintain contact with your insurance carrier to ensure the prompt and correct processing of your claims.

Do I need an authorization for my test?
Some insurance plans require pre-authorization for radiology tests. Your referring physician should contact your insurance company, provide them with the necessary information and contact our office with the authorization information.

Are your physicians board certified?
All of our physicians are Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners.
